CLASSROOM

Arrive on time.

Treat all with respect.  Communicate in a positive manner.

Come prepared to SUCCEED.

No hats, headgear, outside jackets or gang wear or gang insignia in the classroom or library.

Teachers issue permission slips to students who use the library during class time.

Students are dismissed from class only when the bell rings.

HALLWAYS

Use respectful language and voice.

Walk in the hallways

Carry a timetable.

Give your name when asked by a staff.

Respond politely and cooperatively to all.

Pick up litter.

Use the proper exits.  No use of fire doors.

Report vandalism or unsafe behaviour.

Grade 10, 11, 12 students go to the library, cafeteria or outdoors when not in class.

Grade 10, 11, 12 students can go home during spares.

LIBRARY

R:   research, read and study

E:    eating and drinking not permitted

A:    appropriate use of library resources (books, websites, computers)

D:    discuss and talk with each other quietly

CAFETERIA

- Take your turn in line. No cutting.

- Clean up after yourself: Table,

  Floor, Microwave.

- Throw garbage in cans

- Use respectful language and voice.

WASHROOMS

- Flush

- Wash your hands with soap and water.

- Use the garbage cans.

SCHOOL GROUNDS

Smoking is forbidden on all school property.

Be considerate of car traffic.

Keep snow on the ground  -  No snowballs.

Pick up litter and put your garbage in cans.

Respect school property.  Remember:  “Graffiti is Vandalism.”
